Biography
Melissa Majerol is a Model Lead of the Cell and Gene Therapy Access Model, within the Division of Health Plan Innovation at the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI).
Melissa has a bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Binghamton University and a master’s in health policy from Harvard University’s School of Public Health. Prior to joining CMMI in 2020, Melissa conducted health policy research in the non-profit and private sectors. Melissa is dedicated to improving value and affordability within the U.S. health care system through value-based programs that improve quality, lower costs, and increase patient access.
