What To Expect

Be a part of the Crossroads experience and join us for three days of first-rate content, critical conversations, and Music City fun. We intentionally develop our agenda to be beneficial for all attendees, whether you work in state Medicaid, for a pharmaceutical manufacturer, or in patient advocacy.

Our Mission

Since 2018, we’ve fostered a creative conference environment that welcomes all Medicaid stakeholders. We leave behind worn-out content and instead challenge the industry with tough conversations that lead to common ground and breakthrough solutions. Our goal is to bring a diverse set of opinions to ignite bold conversations about pharmaceutical trends, Medicaid patient access, new regulations, state concerns, and much more.

What Our Attendees Say

“Crossroads is educational, informative on current events, offers great networking opportunities, and gave insights into rare diseases. It's a large conference, but however, it felt like a family. Very well executed. ”

– Taria Parris, Abbvie

“I learned so much myself from attending and was honored to serve as a speaker. I've never attended a conference that was so well-organized with so many topics of such high interest. The venue, food, and special touches were wonderful and showed how much time went into each detail.”

– Lauren Buckley, Jeffrey J. Kimbell & Associates

“I love the updates on Medicaid, and I really enjoyed learning more about some of the rare diseases and hearing from a parent of one of these patients. It is also invaluable to be able to interact with Medicaid payers to understand their point of view. ”

– Victoria Atencio, Aurinia Pharmaceuticals

“I enjoy the ability to speak with other pharma, states, PBMs, etc. It's the perfect mix. And, I enjoyed the patient focus getting us back to why we do what we do. ”

– Lisa Libera, Teva Pharmaceuticals

“The content was spot on! It addressed key issues impacting the state, industry, and patients. I really liked connecting the patient journey into the discussions. ”

– Brad Leiser, Viatris

“Crossroads is such a high-class conference in terms of content, organization and networking. ”

– Lori Howarth, Bayer
