When is Crossroads 2025?

Crossroads 2025 will be held in-person on August 25-27, 2025.

Where will Crossroads 2025 take place?

Crossroads 2025 will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The conference space is located on the second floor.

When will the conference begin each day?

The conference will begin at 8:30 a.m. CT on Monday, August 25, with the optional Crossroads Academy workshops. The main day of the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, August 26. The last day of the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT. on Wednesday, August 27.

When will the conference adjourn?

The conference will end at 11:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday, August 27.

How do I submit a proposal or speaker idea for Crossroads 2025?

Will CEUs be offered for pharmacists?

Yes, all sessions and panels will include CEUs. There will be approximately 7-8 hours of CEUs (plus 5 hours of CEUs at Crossroads Academy) available during the conference, as well as on-demand CEUs available post-conference.

Will Crossroads 2025 be live-streamed?

No.

Will all content be recorded?

Yes. All sessions and panels will be recorded and will be available to all attendees post-conference. On-demand CEUs are also offered for post-conference recordings.

Will speaker presentations be available before and after the conference?

Yes. Speaker presentations will be available on the conference app and in the Attendee Hub before and after the conference. We will notify attendees when presentations are available.

Is there a conference app?

Yes! The conference app will be launched and announced closer to the conference date.

Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?

The Omni Nashville will provide dietary labels with food items.

Is the conference accessible?

Yes. We strive to host an inclusive, accessible conference that enables all individuals to engage fully. Please contact us to submit a request for accommodations, or let us know during the registration process.

What is the attire for the conference?

Business casual.

Registration
How do I register for Crossroads 2025?

Register for the conference by visiting the Register page. Crossroads accepts all major credit cards.

When does registration close?

Registration closes on August 25, 2025. Speed Networking is not included if registered after July 16, 2025.

Can I register on-site at Crossroads 2025?

Yes. The on-site registration fee is $2,700. Speed Networking is not included in on-site registration.

What is included in the cost of my registration?

All sessions and panels (excluding the optional $599 Crossroads Academy workshops) are included in registration. Food and beverages are also included, alongside access to our special events on Monday night and Tuesday night. This includes Monday breakfast, lunch and snacks (if attending Crossroads Academy); Opening Night Reception access with complimentary transportation, food, and beverages; Tuesday breakfast, snacks, lunch, and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony cocktail hour and heavy hors d’oeuvres; and Wednesday breakfast, snacks, and to-go lunch.

Is a group discount available?

Discounts are available for teams of 10 or more. You’ll receive $350 off per person. When registering there is an option to pay via invoice for groups.

Can we register multiple attendees from our company on one registration?

Yes.

Can I add a Crossroads Academy workshop after I have registered?

Yes. Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Optional Sessions & Events page (page 4). Select the Crossroads Academy workshop of your choice. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Can I purchase guest tickets for special events after I have submitted my registration?

Yes. Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Guest Tickets page (page 5). Select the number of tickets needed and input the names of your guests. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

How do I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Registration Modification” page found in the header. Complete the transfer request form and input the contact information of the individual to whom you will be transferring your registration and click Submit. Please note this action cannot be undone.

Can I transfer my registration to the next Crossroads conference?

No.

Can I transfer my registration to a colleague?

Yes. Attendees have the option of transferring registration to another person within the same company, prior to July 16, 2025. Registration transfers cannot be made on canceled registrations. Registration transfers may not be transferred to future conferences. It should be noted that transferring a registration does not automatically transfer a hotel reservation and/or other travel commitments. All individuals are responsible for handling hotel cancellations and/or modifications to other travel commitments.

Can I update details on my registration if I’ve already completed it?

Yes. Click the “Already registered?” link on the registration page to edit your conference registration.

How do I cancel my registration?

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select the “Registration Modification” page found in the header. Complete the cancellation form and click Submit. Refunds will be issued based on the date of cancellation.

Am I able to see who else is registered for Crossroads 2025?

Yes. Log in to the Attendee Hub to view other attendees. Attendees have the option to choose whether to be hidden when registering. In the meantime, view our current attendees list by company on the 2025 Attendees page.

Hotel
How do I edit my hotel room at the Omni Nashville?

Please contact [email protected] for assistance regarding your reservation. You can also call Omni Hotels & Resorts’ reservations center at 1-888-444-OMNI (6664) where a knowledgeable – and friendly – agent can answer your questions or make changes to your reservation.

Am I able to book my hotel room at the Omni Nashville before registering for the conference?

No. The Crossroads room block link is provided on the confirmation page once registered for the conference.

How do I book my hotel at the Omni Nashville?

Individuals must be registered attendees of the conference to book a room in the Crossroads room block at the Omni Nashville. Once registered, attendees can book a room at the Omni Nashville via the link on the registration confirmation page. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Hotel reservations at the Omni Nashville are on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out early. Crossroads cannot guarantee that any attendee will have a discounted room rate. Crossroads suggests that attendees reserve hotel rooms upon completing conference registration.

Are there any other hotel blocks reserved for Crossroads 2025?

No.

Is there a fee to park at the Omni Nashville?

Overnight valet parking with unlimited in and out privileges is $60 plus tax, per day/per vehicle. Self-parking is available at the Music City Center garage (adjacent to the hotel) for $35+ tax per day without daily in and out privileges. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun Street. Daily and event parking: 0-10 hours $32 | 10+ hours $60.

Speed Networking
What is Speed Networking?

Crossroads facilitates semi-private appointments between manufacturers and Medicaid stakeholders. We arrange the appointments at pre-designated times during Crossroads, which makes it easy for you to meet with stakeholders about drug pipelines, make introductions to new staff, create better understanding of state processes, and to discuss any other pressing topics.

What is Speed Networking, and how can I participate?

Please visit our Speed Networking page for more details. You can request to participate in Speed Networking by selecting “yes” to the Speed Networking question during registration.

How will Speed Networking appointments be assigned?

Crossroads assigns Speed Networking appointments by status: first sponsorship level (if applicable), followed by the date of registration in chronological order. Each manufacturer (pharmaceutical company) will be granted a maximum of three (3) appointments. Up to two (2) manufacturer representatives can participate per appointment. (Please note that the manufacturer representatives can vary per meeting.) All manufacturer representatives must be registered for the conference.

Can I edit my Speed Networking participation choice after I have submitted my registration?

Yes. Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Speed Networking page (page 3). Make any changes needed to your Speed Networking choices and submit the registration form.

How do we let you know who will represent our company as the Speed Networking Liaison?

Let us know (name and email) during conference registration who will represent your company as the Speed Networking Liaison. If you are unable to identify who the Speed Networking Liaison will be at the time of registration, your registration can be updated at any time by clicking “Already registered?” at the top of the website.

What if multiple people from my company are attending and participating in Speed Networking?

Each manufacturer (pharmaceutical company) will be granted a maximum of three (3) appointments. Up to two (2) manufacturer representatives can participate per appointment. (Please note that the manufacturer representatives can vary per meeting.) All manufacturer representatives must be registered for the conference. Day and time preferences cannot be accommodated for Speed Networking appointments.

It will be asked during the registration process that your company assigns one manufacturer representative to be the Speed Networking Liaison between the Crossroads staff and your company. If you do not know who your Speed Networking Liaison will be at this time, you can update your registration at a later date. During the Speed Networking interest selection process, which will take place in May 2023, it will be up to the Speed Networking Liaison to collect the top interests across your company’s Crossroads attendees, as the Crossroads staff will only accept one interest form per company.

Are there any other networking opportunities available?

Yes! We have two special events: Opening Night Reception and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony. Both include plenty of time and space to network with colleagues and conference attendees.

 

Crossroads Academy
How can I attend the Crossroads Academy workshops?

Select the Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive, Government Pricing 101,t or Medicare Reimbursement when registering for Crossroads.

Can I only attend a Crossroads Academy workshop and not the full conference?

No.

Can I add a Crossroads Academy workshop after I have registered?

Yes. Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Optional Sessions & Events page (page 4). Select the Crossroads Academy workshop of your choice. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Special Events
Do I need to sign up for individual sessions or special events during online registration?

Signing up for individual sessions is not necessary. Registration is required for the optional Crossroads Academy workshops, Speed Networking, and special events. Attendees can update their registration at any time by clicking the “Already registered?” link on the registration page.

Can I buy guest tickets for special events?

Yes. Conference attendees may purchase guest tickets to the Opening Night Reception ($125) and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony ($125) during registration. Guest tickets will include access to the event, which includes food, beverages, entertainment, and transportation.

Brooklyn Bowl Nashville! We’ve reserved the entire space for our Opening Night Reception.

Where will The Extra Mile Award Ceremony be held?

The ceremony will be held in the Broadway ballroom at the Omni on Tuesday, August 26.
