Crossroads 2027 will be held in-person on June 14-16, 2027.

Crossroads 2027 will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The conference space is located on the second floor.

The conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT on Monday, June 14, with the optional Crossroads Academy workshops. The main day of the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT on Tuesday, June 15. The last day of the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT. on Wednesday, June 16.

The conference will end at 11:30 a.m. CT on Wednesday, June 16.

Yes, we provide pharmacist continuing education (CE) through ACPE-accredited sessions and panels. Approximately 7-8 hours of live CE (as well as approximately 3-5 hours of live CE at Crossroads Academy) will be available during the conference.

No. Crossroads 2027 is an in-person conference.

Yes. Speaker presentations will be available on the conference app and in the Attendee Hub before and after the conference. We will notify attendees when presentations are available.

Yes! The conference app will be launched and announced closer to the conference date.

We work with the Omni Nashville Hotel to accommodate common dietary restrictions whenever possible. Food items will be clearly labeled.

Registration for Artia Solutions clients will open on Tuesday, August 18, at 10:00 AM ET, and registration for all attendees will open on Wednesday, September 2, at 10:00 AM ET.

Registration closes on June 14, 2027. Speed Networking is not included if registered after May 5, 2027.

Yes. The Late Rate is $2,900. Please note that Speed Networking is not included in the Late Rate.

Yes! We offer a group discount for teams of 10 or more. View the Register page for more information.

No. Registrations are valid only for the conference year in which they were purchased and cannot be transferred to a future Crossroads event. If your plans change and you’re unable to attend, please review our cancellation policy under Terms & Conditions for available options and important deadlines.

Yes. Attendees have the option of transferring registration to another person within the same company, prior to May 5, 2027. Registration transfers cannot be made on canceled registrations. Please note that transferring a registration does not automatically transfer a hotel reservation and/or other travel commitments. All individuals are responsible for handling hotel cancellations and/or modifications to other travel commitments.

To transfer your registration, click “Modify Registration” on the Register page. Use your registration confirmation number to log in. Select “Registration Modification” in the header. Complete the transfer request form and input the contact information of the individual to whom you will be transferring your registration and click Submit. Please note this action cannot be undone.

Yes. Click “Modify Registration” on the Register page to edit your conference registration. Use your registration confirmation number to log in.

To cancel your registration, click “Modify Registration” on the Register page. Use your registration confirmation number to log in. Select the “Registration Modification” page found in the header. Complete the cancellation form and click Submit. Refunds will be issued based on the date of cancellation.

Yes, when our Attendee Hub is live, you can log in to view other attendees. Please note that attendees have the option to choose whether to be hidden or not when registering.

Individuals must be registered attendees of the conference to book a room within the Crossroads room block at the Omni Nashville Hotel. The room block booking link will be provided on your registration confirmation page and in your confirmation email. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

The Crossroads room block offers our most competitive hotel rate at the Omni Nashville Hotel. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out before the reservation deadline. We encourage attendees to reserve their hotel room as soon as they complete conference registration, as Crossroads cannot guarantee availability at the discounted rate.

No. The Omni Nashville Hotel is official host hotel for Crossroads 2027, and we encourage attendees to book within the Crossroads room block to take advantage of our discounted group rate. Reserving through the official room block also keeps you close to conference sessions, networking events, and other attendees throughout the week.

If you prefer to stay elsewhere, there are several hotels located near the Omni. Please note that rates, availability, transportation, and amenities may vary by property.

Overnight valet parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges is $60 plus tax, per day/per vehicle at the Omni Nashville Hotel.

Self-parking is available at the Music City Center Garage (adjacent to the Omni) for $35+ tax per day without daily in-and-out privileges. The garage entrance is on Sixth Avenue between Korean Veterans Boulevard and Demonbreun Street.

Speed Networking is a unique-to-Crossroads experience that is mutually beneficial for manufacturers and payers. We make it easy and organized for your company to meet with Medicaid payers for an introductory meeting.

You can request to participate in Speed Networking by selecting “Yes” to the Speed Networking question during registration.

Crossroads assigns Speed Networking appointments by status: first by sponsorship level (if applicable), followed by the date of registration in chronological order. Each manufacturer will be granted a maximum of three (3) appointments. Up to two (2) manufacturer representatives can participate per appointment. (Please note that the manufacturer representatives can vary per appointment.) All manufacturer representatives must be registered for the conference.

Yes. Click “Modify Registration” on the Register page. Use your registration confirmation number to log in. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Speed Networking page. Make your edits and submit the registration form.

During conference registration, you will be prompted to name who will represent your company as the Speed Networking Liaison. If you are unable to identify who the Speed Networking Liaison will be at the time of registration, your registration can be updated at any time by clicking “Modify Registration” on the Register page.

No problem! Up to two (2) manufacturer representatives can participate per appointment. (Please note that the manufacturer representatives can vary per appointment.) All manufacturer representatives must be registered for the conference. Day and time preferences cannot be accommodated for Speed Networking appointments.

Yes! We have two special events: Opening Night Reception and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony. Both include plenty of time and space to network with colleagues and conference attendees.

Select the Crossroads Academy workshop of your choice when registering for Crossroads.

No. Crossroads Academy workshops are available exclusively to registered Crossroads conference attendees and cannot be purchased as standalone registrations. Workshop registration is offered as an optional add-on to your full conference registration for an additional fee.

Click through to the Optional Workshops & Events page. Select the Crossroads Academy workshop of your choice. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Your conference registration includes access to the Opening Night Reception and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony. During registration, you’ll be asked to RSVP for these events to help us plan accordingly. If your plans change, you can update your RSVP at any time by clicking “Modify Registration” on the Register page.

Yes. Conference attendees may purchase guest tickets to the Opening Night Reception ($150) and The Extra Mile Award Ceremony ($100) during registration. Guest tickets will include access to the event, which includes food, beverages, entertainment, and transportation.

Click through to the Optional Workshops & Events page. Select the number of tickets and input guest names. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Food, beverages, and transportation to and from the venue are complimentary and included with conference registration.

The Extra Mile Award Ceremony will be held in the Broadway Ballroom at the Omni Nashville Hotel on Tuesday, June 15.
