Due to national and state regulations related to COVID-19, we postponed our 2020 conference to July 12-14, 2021. Your health and safety are our upmost priorities!

Crossroads 2023 will be held in-person on June 12-14, 2023.

Crossroads 2023 will reconvene in Nashville, Tennessee, at the downtown JW Marriott. The event space is located on the second floor.

No. Crossroads is held every two years. The next conference will take place in 2025.

Register for the conference online by visiting the Register page. Crossroads accepts all major credit cards.

Online registration closes on June 12, 2023. Speed Networking is not included in registrations after May 12, 2023.

Yes. The late registration fee is $2,700. Speed Networking is not included in late registration.

All sessions and panels (excluding the optional $599 Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive) are included in registration. Food and beverages are also included, alongside our special events on Monday and Tuesday night. This includes Monday lunch and snacks (if attending Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive), Opening Night Reception access with complimentary transportation, food, and beverages, Tuesday breakfast, snacks, lunch, and Tuesday night hors d’oeuvres, The Extra Mile Award banquet dinner and beverages, and Wednesday breakfast, snacks, and to-go lunch.

Discounts are not available for large groups. If you’re bringing a large team, we recommend sponsorship options that include complimentary registrations.

No. Attendees must register individually.

The conference will begin at 9:00 a.m. CT on Monday, June 12, with the optional Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive. The Opening Night Reception will begin at 6:00 p.m. CT. On Tuesday, the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT. On Wednesday, the conference will begin at 8:00 a.m. CT.

The conference will end at 1:00 p.m. CT on Wednesday, June 14, 2023.

Select the Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive session when registering for Crossroads.

Yes. Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Optional Sessions & Events page (page 4). Select the Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive option. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Please visit our Speed Networking page for all details. You can request to participate in Speed Networking by selecting “yes” to the Speed Networking question during registration.

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Speed Networking page (page 3). Make any changes needed to the Speed Networking choices and then submit the registration form.

Yes! We have two special events: Opening Night Reception and The Extra Mile Award Banquet. Both include plenty of time and space to network with colleagues and conference attendees.

Conference attendees may purchase guest tickets to the Opening Night Reception ($125) and The Extra Mile Award Banquet ($125) during registration. Guest tickets will include access to the event, which includes food, beverages, entertainment, and transportation between the JW Marriott and downtown Nashville.

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Modify Registration” at the bottom of the page. Click through to the Guest Tickets page (page 5). Select the number of tickets needed and input the names of your guests. Submit payment to complete the registration modification.

Acme Feed and Seed in downtown Broadway! We’ve reserved the entire third floor event space, as well as the rooftop.

The banquet will be held at the JW Marriott ballroom on Tuesday, June 13, 2023.

Yes, all sessions and panels will include CEUs. There will be approximately 17 hours of CEUs available during the in-person conference and 17 hours of on-demand CEUs available post-conference.

No. There may be virtual stakeholders participating in Speed Networking only.

Yes. All sessions and panels will be recorded and will be available to all attendees post-conference. On-demand CEUs are also offered for post-conference recordings.

Yes. Speaker presentations will be available on the conference app before and after the conference. We will notify attendees when presentations are available.

Yes. When the Crossroads 2023 Attendee Hub goes live, please log-in to the Attendee Hub to view other attendees. Attendees have the option to choose whether to be hidden when registering. In the meantime, view our current attendees list on the 2023 Attendees page.

Yes! The conference app will be launched and announced closer to the conference date.

Signing up for individual sessions is not necessary. Registration is required for the optional Crossroads Academy: Medicaid Intensive, Speed Networking, and special events. Attendees can update their registration at any time by clicking the “Already registered?” link on the registration page.

Cancellations made on or before May 12, 2023, will be refunded, minus a $150 processing fee. All cancellations are deemed final at the time of cancellation. Additional refund questions may be directed to crossroads@artiacrossroads.com. Due to Crossroads contractual obligations, no refunds will be available for cancellations made after May 12, 2023, regardless of the reason for the cancellation. It should be noted that cancelling a registration does not automatically cancel a hotel reservation and/or other travel commitments. All individuals are responsible for handling hotel cancellations and/or modifications to other travel commitments.

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select the “Registration Modification” page found in the header. Complete the cancellation form and click Submit. Refunds will be issued based on the date of cancellation.

Yes. Click the “Already registered?” link on the registration page to edit your conference registration.

Yes. Attendees have the option of transferring registration to another person within the same company, prior to May 12, 2023. Registration transfers cannot be made on canceled registrations. Registration transfers may not be transferred to future conferences. It should be noted that transferring a registration does not automatically transfer a hotel reservation and/or other travel commitments. All individuals are responsible for handling hotel cancellations and/or modifications to other travel commitments.

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Registration Modification” page found in the header. Complete the transfer request form and input the contact information of the individual to whom you will be transferring your registration and click Submit. Please note this action cannot be undone.

No. The Crossroads JW Marriott Nashville room block link is provided on the confirmation page once registered for the conference.

Individuals must be registered attendees of the conference to book a room in the Crossroads room block at the JW Marriott Nashville. Once registered, attendees can book a room at the JW Marriott Nashville via the link on the confirmation page. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel and travel arrangements.

Hotel reservations at the JW Marriott Nashville are on a first-come, first-served basis and may sell out early. Crossroads cannot guarantee that any attendee will have a discounted room rate. Crossroads suggests that attendees reserve hotel rooms upon completing conference registration.

*Please note: as of April 5, 2023, the Crossroads JW Marriott Nashville room block is sold out. We recommend booking at a neighboring hotel as soon as possible, as Nashville is very busy in the summer!

Log in through the “Already Registered?” link on the registration page using your registration confirmation number. Select “Edit Hotel Reservation” at the bottom of the page. You will then be taken to the hotel’s booking page. Click “Manage Existing Reservation.” Enter your confirmation number to proceed.

No. We recommend staying at the adjacent Westin Nashville or staying within five miles to downtown Nashville.

Yes. Valet parking is $48 daily. Crossroads does not validate parking and is not responsible for parking. There are also additional public parking lots surrounding the JW Marriott Nashville.
