Allison joined the Artia Solutions team in 2016 as the National Account Manager. Prior to Artia, she managed the Preferred Drug List and Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee for the State of Alabama Medicaid Agency. Having updated numerous legislative bodies while with Alabama, Allison brings a familiarity and understanding of federal and state legislative policies to the Artia team. She is heavily involved with new drug launch strategy for products launched in both the pharmacy and medical benefit. Working closely with the clinical staff, Allison is able to provide accurate forecasts and predictive coverage access for new products in the Medicaid space. Her unique experience has given her insight into how states manage new products. Resources developed by Allison include the Medicaid Access Forecast and Launch Guide which are used as tools for any new drug launch. As the Senior Director of Market Access, Allison maintains a relationship with state representatives to better connect her clients with the right contacts. In 2011, Allison graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical sciences. She completed her master’s degree in public healthcare administration at Troy University in 2013.
Allison holds a master’s degree in public healthcare administration from Troy University.
The South Carolina Pharmacy Association is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Continuing education credits will be available to participants who fully attend the program and then complete an online educational activity evaluation. A unique code given at each activity must be provided in the evaluation to receive credit. Grievances regarding the education program must be submitted in writing to the SCPhA ACPE Administrator immediately following the program.
