Kinsey Caldwell

Kinsey joined Artia Solutions in 2015 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Contracting, Analytics, and Capsule. In this role, she leads two of Artia’s core departments: Contracting & Analytics and Capsule Research & Support. Kinsey provides strategic guidance to clients on all financial aspects of the Medicaid rebate process, helping pharmaceutical manufacturers optimize product access within the Medicaid marketplace. She plays a key role in advising on supplemental rebates, contracting, and market access strategies, leveraging Artia’s proprietary database, Capsule which houses vital state-specific Medicaid coverage and policy information. In addition to her leadership responsibilities, she contributes to client education and training, offering guidance and facilitating Medicaid Intensive trainings. She has presented in both one-on-one settings and at Crossroads: An Artia Solutions Conference, where she also leads the planning and execution of the Speed Networking event.

Kinsey earned a Bachelor of Science in Statistics with a focus in mathematics and economics Florida State University’s College of Arts and Sciences in 2014. She also holds a SAS Programming and Data Analysis Certificate.
