Julie Jenson
Julie leverages payer network and program development experience to help identify, advise and advocate for opportunities for improve operations and promote access to the cellular, gene and transplant space.
Prior to coming to Nimitt, Julie held the role of Fellow of Cellular, Gene, Tissue and Transplant clinical strategies and operations for Humana, providing leadership to the development of an enterprise-wide solution to managing and reimbursing for these complex therapies. Prior to that, she developed and led the Centers of Excellence and Specialty Network solutions for Humana, Claritev (formerly MultiPlan) and served multiple roles in Optum’s transplant solutions
Julie has an Associate Degree in Nursing and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and is a member of American Society of Transplant and Cellular Therapy, American Society of Transplantation, International Society of Cellular and Gene Therapy and has been an active participant with entities under the Organ Procurement Transplant Network.
