Jeff Couch is the Managing Partner of Ruvos, a nationally recognized leader in public health data integration, analytics, and security. With over two decades of experience in architecting data-driven solutions for state and federal agencies, Jeff has led Ruvos through the successful delivery of critical public health infrastructure, including disease surveillance systems, electronic lab reporting, immunization registries, and pharmaceutical data exchange platforms.

Under his leadership, Ruvos has expanded its work across Medicaid programs, ePrescribing systems, and health IT modernization eff orts, enabling secure, standards-based interoperability that supports better health outcomes and operational effi ciency. Jeff ’s current focus is on the safe and eff ective application of artifi cial intelligence in clinical, administrative, and pharmaceutical contexts.
