Emily Baker Pharm.D., BCPS, MBA, MHA

Dr. Baker is the founder of NorthStar HealthCare Consulting. She possesses over 25 years of Medicaid experience having worked with multiple Medicaid programs in the areas of utilization management, claims processing, as well as fraud, waste, and abuse.

Dr. Baker is a graduate of the University of Georgia College of Pharmacy. A specialist in drug information, she completed post doctoral training at Samford University’s Global Drug Information Center. She subsequently completed a dual masters program in health and Business administration. Additionally, Dr. Baker is board certified in pharmacotherapy.

In her spare time she enjoys researching problems that don’t exist and going down rabbit holes.
