Chad Bissell PharmD, MBA

Chad joined Artia in 2019 with more than 14 years of Medicaid pharmacy benefits service administration experience. He is responsible for managing client accounts, assisting in the implementation of new drug launches, and spearheading select new client deliverables.

Previously, Chad was the Regional Pharmacy Director at Change Healthcare Medicaid Pharmacy Services Division located in Augusta, Maine. He oversaw eight state accounts that generated more than $15 million in annual revenue. He also worked with the business development team as a subject matter expert developing clinical solutions and cost proposals.

Chad began his career as a community pharmacist, and later held positions such as PA Pharmacist, Clinical Pharmacy Manager, DUR Director, and Regional Pharmacy Manager at Change Healthcare (formerly Goold Health Systems).

Chad received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Drake University and his Master’s in Business Administration from Grantham University.
